Easy Installation

The DECKHAND XL can be installed in three easy steps and can accommodate ANY BRAND of excavator in the 60-75 metric ton range. This involves:

  1.  Install correct diameter pins into  DECKHAND XL head unit based on brand and model of excavator.

  2.  Quick couple the DECKHAND XL's three auxiliary hydraulic hoses (pressure, return and dedicated case drain           hoses) to the excavator's auxiliary circuit.

  3.  Replace the excavator's control handles with provided DECKHAND XL control handles. This is done by simply          unscrewing the manufacturer’s control handles and screwing on the DECKHAND’ XL's control handles. Add                   electrical power to the unit by simply connecting to the excavator's 24 volt system and you're ready to work.
